The Light Cycle & Recogniser have been available on http://www.disneystore.co.uk for about a week now, but back when I was getting them only the Light Cycle was available online so I drove to two different Disney stores to get Recognisers and picked up the Light Cycles because I was there anyway.

No.

I was wondering, can normal admin-less members make sticky topics? There's a thread I created that I'd like to sticky.

Yeah it got heated. I think (hope) that WE both keep calm now
I have 30 days to return these toys. I have actually not been able to get anymore postage rate information, but will try and have it done for the weekend.
Suffice to say, I have worked out my expenses and packaging materials and the prices are better then I had though! I will not be putting anymore prices here for toys, only in private messages, but they are cheaper then previously thought. (Lets just say, my exchange rate calculations were incorrect)
Anyway, I hope to be able to get postage sorted over this weekend and will have complete prices early next week!
Thank you for your support! Much appriciated.

The Light Cycles I sent out previously went by normal Small Packet Airmail which has never been delayed like that in the past 10 or so years of posting stuff to US eBay buyers, until Homeland Security put a spanner in the works, Parcelforce stuff doesn't get delayed by those paranoid heads.

Wouldn't the whole point of a trade be so that people could get one of these without getting raped by the exchange rate? Even at the sale price of $6 a figure it'd be $54 for the set, and that's not including shipping. I don't really see how $54 worth of toys is a comparable trade to an £20 toy.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill End of line |

The toy might cost £20 but the postage on that toy to the US is £33 (£57 tracked) by Parcelforce. With the current exchange rate of around £1 = $1.6 that's about $85 total.
The Light Cycle can be sent by Royal Mail's Small Packet Airmail (the Recogniser is too big for that service) but the delivery time we've since found out is a month+, so a courier service like Parcelforce is really the only option.

I think discussing prices on here is what causes the arguments (or people interfering when they have no interest in what is going on)
At the end of the day, if people are interested, PM. If people think people are ripping people off, keep it to yourself, unless you want to barter.
People in the US have ripped me off so much over the years on ebay. Even recently a $9 pin cost me over $45. I have to pay it if I want something I cant get over here.
It never happens that the UK get stuff the USA doesnt. There fore, I feel Just to make some money from this. I reckon If i wanted to put a Recognizer on ebay, eventually I would sell it for over $100, If I wanted to wait. Collecters will do that. I have done that! I am not charging that, I am charging less then first quoted as I was quoting more then I realised. But if people think I am out of line, thats ok. Dont buy. Its free choice.
Besides, what one person thinks is a bad deal, someone else will see as a good deal

I'm just saying the whole point of a trade is that it doesn't take the exchange rate into account. If what you're asking for is equivalent to what it would cost us to just paypal you the cash then what's the point? Might as well take the cash and buy the figures yourself. End of line |

The point is this:
Disney Store UK sells the Recogniser carry case & Pullback Light Cycle and will only ship to the UK.
Disney Store US sells the 9 different 3" figures and will only ship to the US.

Considering the Disney Store UK sells 6 of those 9 figures (not sure where you're getting 9 from unless you're counting both Clu color variations), and I'm sure various other retailers sell Tron figures in the UK, no, I don't see the picture. abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion End of line |

No you don't see the picture at all.
Don't assume that because you have several major chain stores in the US selling the Tron merchandise that we got it just as good here, in fact we got screwed over in comparison.
The UK Disney Store has been about the only place that has been selling Tron merchandise, the only other place I can think of is ForbiddenPlanet but they have almost nothing.
And don't start on the prices - the figures are in the region of 2x-3x what they are in the US.

I would just get them there, especially since you can use Paypal to pay. I really hope this is what you guys are using to pay the UK gent here.
BTW, I thought the lightcycle would be stupid, but it is actually pretty cool looking! |
You have been asked once before to stop attacking myself, and you dont seem to. Can you please act mature and stop.
As I said, people have final prices, I will not go on about them here, but they are lower then you think and as your not interested, please leave me alone.
Thank you
