I was fortunate enough to have a good friend in the UK who was able to get me one of each. However, I'm having the same delay problems everyone else is. He did send the package by Parcelforce and does have a tracking number, and it is insured, but all I get out of the tracking info is that the package is still in Atlanta, supposedly out for delivery. But its said that since February 12th. The post office isn't helpful either, as they can only tell us what the web site says. Is there a way I can call or something to get this package moving again or am I just doomed to wait indefinatly? We'll be moving in April, so I hope it comes before then. If not, its going to take even longer. Someone should definatly contact a senator or governor or something about the way US mail is being treated. I know about the scary 9/11 stuff, but its been long enough and they need to settle down. If I had known about this, I would have tried to ask my friend to somehow send it via UPS or FedEx. Its no wonder that USPS is going bankrupt.

Yeah that would be no problem. I'll see if I can pick up the pull back bikes, but I know I can get recognizers and happy to hold one if you confirm via PM if you want one.
Ps my eBay user is thegame_nickb for those who want to check to see if I can be trusted :-)

It's not even been 3 weeks yet, from what I've read and BlueTronWarrior's experience, small packets by airmail are taking a month or more.
Because Homeland Security have refused to allow packages over (apparently) 0.5kg on incoming passenger planes and if they couldn't go on a cargo plane they'll have gone by sea. The packages I've had from the US in the past sent by land (& subsequently sea) have taken 6-8 weeks.

Patience grasshopper. If you order another one it will likely take just as long. We're all a bit spoiled in this day in age of instant payment and gratification. Everything is so fast now. Heck, I can even check my phone to see when the bus arrives at my stop.
I remember when I had to collect a bucketload of popsicle pete popsicle sticks to trade in for a crappy cap, or when I ordered some useless trinket from the back of a comic book. It took forever! Sometimes I even forgot I had ordered it and when it finally showed up in the mail, I was surprised and excited! It was like Christmas!
I'm sure when your bikes and recognisers finally end their own little adventure to get to your door, you too will be surprised and excited.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill

Hello Users / Programs
After visiting 4 disney stores and about 5 hours travelling I have 5 Recognisers and 5 Pull back bikes!!! This stuff is getting harder to find :-0
To those who have PMed me, I have them saved for you. I wont be able to get postage information until Saturday.
Glitch gave me a rough idea for shipping as follows
Pair together with online tracking = $108
Individually with online tracking = $92
Individually without online tracking = $53
This with Parcelforce, the most common company to use from the UK. I will try and get estimates from DHL, UPS but use this as a ball park figure. (BTW, Unlike some pople on eBay, I only charge what the postage is charged at. I do not try to make money off of this service!)
Its a lot less without the tracking, and that will be individual choice as your paying for it, but they will be insured.
Let me know what you guys think
Nick

What is the TOTAL amount for the items and shipping? And with what carrier?
$65 Recogniser (What does this price mean?)
$50 Pullback Light Cycle (What does this price mean?)
Please explain for us old farts. |
From what I understand, that is BEFORE shipping.

That seems a bit high. I paid $80 total for my recognizer and that included the shipping (25 GBP for the toy, 30 GBP for the shipping). And that was before these things went on sale.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Ok, I don't mean to add to any confusion but I'm assuming you guys and soapdish83 are all speaking in terms of US dollars here since that's probably the most common currency you're all working with. I'm assuming that soapdish83 has converted the cost in GBP to USD for all his quotes. Am I correct? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm in Canada myself and I'm aware that nobody other than other Canadians trades in our brand of monopoly money.

Right
The prices are what they are. Everything with a $ sign next to it is the correct price.
I have taken a day from work (im freelance so dont get paid) Spent 5 hours driving around Essex, Kent and finally a train into London. This all costs money. Petrol in the uk is expensive, the train journey cost $13 alone. Plus I need to buy boxes for the postage and bubble wrap and have bought these on the assumption people will pay for these items, otherwise I have to take them back to the store. I am not going to be able to sell these at cost price and lose money. As well as that, London store refused the 25% discount on the 2 bikes and recognizer I bought saying they were not on offer at that store.
I have gone out of my way to try and help people out, but I am not prepared to be out of pocket for the cause.
The postage is what it is, they are big items (bike not so much, but heavier) and I am trying to see if I can get it cheaper from another service which involves driving to DHL and a UPS delivery centre to get this.
Ever get that feeling that its not worth the hassle?

[I am just trying to make sense of Soapdish83's posts, and hopefully we can have a post in here that contains a list of the options. | Try to answer some questions now
[He mentioned UPS, FedEx, and others for getting quotes, so I am really interested in finding out about those as well. |
I cant do this till the weekend at the earliest, I have already said this
[BTW said it sounded kinda high, so I am trying to find out why so we can get a deal finalized. | Why so high? I am not losing out on this, I spent most of yesterday traveling around England to buy these toys at my own expens. I didnt just pop to the local shop at the end of my street. I covered some 50 miles by car - Plus had to get a train to London to get the final toys. I am not losing $80 or so on petrol, trains, time out of working and packing materials
My questions, again, to make sure and for anyone's benefit that wants these cool toys:
Recogniser with shipping using ParcelForce = $$$
Pullback Light Cycle with shipping using ParcelForce = $$$
Both with shipping using ParcelForce = $$$
Recogniser with shipping using UPS = $$$
Pullback Light Cycle with shipping using UPS = $$$
Both with shipping using UPS = $$$
Etc. etc..... |
When I get them, I'll post them. If you dont want the toys, thats ok. Dont buy them. I am not prepared to lose money so you can get some toys.
