Any high level techie's might wanna research here, like I am, to start over making a light cycle, from simple geometric shapes, ray cast'ed, like the techie's had to, when they MADE the graphics.

Actually, this is not why Tron was called "Tron". The name Tron actually was derived from the word "electronic", since the initial concept for the Tron character was a backlit-animated character used in the Lisberger Studios logo. The idea was that the character was electronic, and was thus called TRON.

The theory that he was named after the BASIC command is popular, but was directly acknowledged and shot down by Steven Lisberger in the Making of Tron documentary.

I watched "The Tron Phenomenon" last night and it showed a bunch of the parts flying on to a light cycle, building it up piece by piece.
That will definitely help building it up from math geometry.
