Someone extracted all the songs from Evolution and put them into a Youtube playlist. I haven't heard most of the songs in the game on their own beforehand, so I thought this was pretty cool:

Never realized how freaking amazing this soundtrack is until just now, haha.

Publishers don't usually file copyright claims against game soundtracks. While the Tron Legacy soundtrack is generally pulled, it's because Daft Punk's record label partially owns the rights to the soundtrack and is in the right to file a claim to have it taken down.
On that note, Daft Punk's record label does not (to the best of my knowledge) have any jurisdiction over the soundtrack for Tron Evolution, apart from maybe the Derezzed remix.

Well according to this site http://soundtracklistcovers.blogspot.com/2010/12/tron-evolution-gamerip-cris-velasco.html, the score was released on a CD. Or at least it was put on a CD for promotional release.

Shame it was released only in limited edition as it looks a really cool collector's item. As for the other tracks I have no idea if they were ripped from the video game itself and were just added with the music on the LP in bootleg form. I have seen (and heard) the bootleg passed around the internet early last year though. Google search it and it should still be around.
