I know there are already alot of theories going around regarding the end of tron uprising, but i have to throw my two cents in there. Here's how i would end the show.

1. End of beck

Clu finds tron hideout and rectifies him into rinzler, Beck gets captured and him and tron have an epic final battle in the game arena. Beck gets the upper hand but hesitates to derezz tron allowing tron to gain victory.

2. Survivors

I would expect that the uprising could get big enough to have full-blown army vs. army scale battles with clu's forces. They already have shown them fixing tanks in abel's garage. Abel joins uprising- voila! Free tanks! After a devestating battle, the survivors (perhaps cutler bartik and Mara) escape and plan to go to zuse for assistance.

3. Tesler
Somewhere in there beck should really kick tesler's buttt. :P
