Hey everyone, been a while since I last posted but I just thought I'd spread the word a bit.

Disney has released a limited edition Tron-themed magic band 2.0 bracelet on their website for $27.99 (after tax and shipping it came out to ~$45 for me, but I have accepted my unhealthy impulse purchase-driven lifestyle so it's okay.. right?). Here's a link:

Magic Bands are arm bracelets that can also serve as an admission ticket at the Walt Disney World parks. The advantage to using a magic band is that it's easier to tap your wrist on an RFID touchpoint than pulling your admission ticket out of your wallet and then tapping it to the RFID touchpoint. These are typically included for free with any Disney World hotel reservation so the $40+ asking price is absolutely ridiculous, but hey, impulse purchases.

Seems interesting that they would release a Tron magic band now, with the recent mentions of Tron 3 from Kosinski. Apparently some upper management staff at Disney World's Tomorrowland have been considering a Tron attraction for the area, as well.
