Yeah, another family member here was playing spore and his file somehow got corrupted (he loaded it up and the screen was just all black). Had to restart his file, wasn't too upset though. 
That's about the only bug I've had in Spore. And I can't really understand why you'd wanna incorrectly uninstall it in the first place.

Like, for example, if windows gets corrupted and you lose your data as /whole/ and have to reinstall the whole thing, applications, games...
That means you'd only have 2/3 install that you can still use for Spore if Spore already told EA that you used up that install #1 and that it had not been uninstalled.
