This may have been posted before, but I just came across this YouTube video:

The quality is really low because it was taken from Betamax tape, but it's still pretty cool to see Walker Cronkite in the world of TRON!

As far as we know, this is the only footage that exists of any of the "vector tests" from Tron. Personally, I really like this video. It gives a neat incite into the behind the scenes aspect of the movie.
DaveTRON has a much higher quality tape of this. I really hope he gets a chance to upload it someday.
