Wow, slow going, indeed. Maybe you should post a few at a time and see if more participate, as they think the end is near? Not sure. Some maybe are losing interest as it seems like an online chess match that's taking a couple weeks to complete.

Yeah...the thing is, if I dump all the words out at once, that really works better with just one person, like in a private e-mail/PM. For a "party game", you really do have to do one word at a time. Putting them all down at once would also keep me from "cheating"...that is, sneakily taking a word that I can't use right now and putting it in for a _later_ word of that type, and then just plain not mentioning that one when I get to it.
For example, say I ask for a noun, Traahn says one that isn't very funny in this particular blank but would be hilarious later. In the one-at-a-time way I could do the above "cheat", but if I ask for all of them...then Traahn would have filled in every single blank already _including the later one_, and I wouldn't have that flexibility.
The only way to speed up the process with the one-at-a-time method is to do this in a chatroom!--which I have done before, with decent success. But I felt like doing it as a messageboard game. Why? Dunno. Just felt like we could use a different type of game here, one we didn't already have. (shrug)
(And I'm giving Shadow_User the benefit of the doubt and assume he was accidentally replying to an _earlier_ one, not the "last name" thing. :P)
I may wait for one more person to answer on this one, as adverbs often have the potential to be _really_ funny, and if nobody else has answered by tomorrow, I'll pick one of these adverbs and move on. Sorry it's taking so long, guys. Sorry.

Yo, Autowoman! Well...slink_ily_, possibly. Which is probably not a word, but my family has used it from time to time in Mad Libs for decades, so hey. :P
And thanks, Stratman. I try to make my own Mad Libs as good as they can be. I've done this particular one on someone before, and it turned out REALLY funny, so I hope you guys'll enjoy it this time. 
Sorry I was gone all day yesterday, by the way--I think we had, like, bad air or something yesterday. My allergies were acting up so bad I could barely breathe, and I was like, out of it all day. Gah.
Anyway. Whoah, I got a wealth of options all of a sudden! I'm'a pull out one of those weird multi-sided AD&D style dice from the days before everything went D20 system (of COURSE I have paper-and-dice RPG equipment, don't be silly) and roll it to determine which of your lovely words I'll use...
And it's: abjectly.
