At my nearby Target, they only had two Rinzler discs and one Kevin Flynn disc (which I snatched up all three). I guess that worked out perfectly.

I'm thinking of picking up Quorra tomorrow and hoping for Castor and Jarvis to show up soon.

Finally found a light jet at a local target here in Sarasota, FL.

I even widened my acceptable radius of Walmarts to drive to, and NONE of them have ANY Tron toys. I'm starting to think I may never find that deluxe Clu cycle. If anyone on here is willing to help me out with that, a PM would be much appreciated, and I'm sure we can work something out.

It must just vary from store to store... maybe dependent on how much stock they have. None of the Wal-Marts in my area have figures on Clearance, but that might be because they've sold through most of their stock. All of them had the light cycles on clearance though. It might be because the vehicles will get less shelf space in the reset.

Now that it's come out that Ultimate Clu isn't coming with the kitana and that the newer Ultimate Sam's no longer come with one, I wondered if anyone got a hold of a Clu (maybe from the Tron Pop-up shop) that DID have a kitana? They might be very collectible if so!

Yeh, my Ultimate Clu has the baton, battle Baton, staff, disc... no Katana.

Well I had joy...and grief today visiting over half dozen stores for Tron toys (3 Targets, 1 Toys-R-Us, and 3 Walmarts).

I was able to get 2 of every die cast. That was nice.

Got another deluxe Lightrunner, so we have 2 of those now.

We lucked out at one Target and got the Rinzler and Kevin Flynn Deluxe Discs! They had 1 of each. That was it! Right in front of the rest, too! (insert happy dance )

We also found another 'one man lightjet' at the same Target...for a possible Ebay sale or trade. We already have 2 from that store already.

We found the Rinzler 'basic' (throwable) disc at a local Kmart and a Flynn 'basic' disc at Toys-R-Us, so we have 2 of each of those now. Nice!

That was all the joy...even though NONE of what we purchased was on sale or clearance.

The grief: visited THREE Walmarts. Most had little to NO stock AT ALL of TRON!!! We couldn't believe it. One had loads of the Kevin Flynn lightcycles (retro-style). No clearances on those! They had a clearance sticker on a shelf at one Walmart showing the Clu Deluxe Lightcycle for $13...and of course, they had ZERO left. Talk about disappointment! At ALL Walmarts, the stock of Tron toys was pathetic!

If anyone has access to those Deluxe Clu Lightcycles, I'd be grateful if something could be worked out so we could get one of those! Please let me know.

That's all the loot we got today. Hopefully, more of the Series 2 Deluxe discs will become available in the next week or two. I'd like one to keep packaged and one to open of each. GL everyone!

I'm looking to get the Rinzler disc. I'd get Kevin's if I find it before Rinzler's, but I want Rinzler's

Along with the subject, In my area, there's been a somewhat impressive stock

I live in Whittier, CA and in the Target on Imperial, I've found Sam and CLU impulse projection. Found Rinzler series 2 and Gen-2 Light Cylce.

Sam Flynn's disc, of course.

Pretty good collection of die cast vehicles. Like the Limo, Recognizer, Lightcycle, CLU's command ship.

The other one, closer to my home, the on on Whittier Boulevard, stock isn't the greatest

Right next to it is a Toys R Us express. NOTHING there.

Would love to find me a Rinzler disc, but I've been home sick and haven't been able to search.

If only I could fine a reasonably priced RInzler disc on eBay.

Sellers are going crazy on those.

I've seen a seller put the Rinzler and Kevin Flynn discs for 100 bucks each.

Incidentally, Sam Flynn disc is rare overseas, at least that's what I read somewhere

Went to Target yesterday and found a Kevin Flynn disk and TWO Rinzler disks. Needless to say I snagged all three! Now I am going to await the time when they go on clearance to buy a bunch to mod into Clu, Abraxas, and a green disc.

Only on eBay. My sister works in a Disney store so I will ask about them. What store did you see them in?

Aw man, that's awesome! There are no Disney stores even near me even if it comes to the US! Do they sell the exclusives onliner? I can't believe the Recognizer has lights and sounds. Does it look cool lit up? I wonder if it's the same mold as the case in wide release. I didn't even get that one yet. The handles kind of bother me. I still hope we'll get some other kind of Recognizer toy from the line, but I might be persuaded to get this - especially with the Light Tanks! I hope that's a good sign they're coming in die cast soon.
