I'll be near a Disney store in a few hours. Maybe I can take a peek and see if this in in there. I was in the same mall back in mid December the same day as the film debut and I can say that when I passed by the store, you could see TRON Legacy merchandise and POS displays through the window, so keep your fingers crossed.

Hey all
Ok, i picked up the Recognizer set today from Disney Store in UK. It appears to be one of Disney's own products because there is no sign of Spinmaster written anywhere on the box. Its actually really cool. The Recognizer itself is about 14 inches approx tall and is far, far better than the spinmaster carry case version. Unlike that version, this one is very nicely proportioned and looks much more to specification. It lights up quite well (though the amount of orange Led's inside is a little sparse so it isnt that bright, though i'm sure it would be fairly easy to open up and possibly mod - adding more brighter Led's, i might try this myself!). It makes a nice kinda taking off and landing noise too which is cool.
The vehicles are all very nice especially the new light tanks which are nicely designed. They are almost identical in size and scale to the diecast range...

You fortunate chaps and lads over there!
Why can't we get something like that?
As we've noted in other threads, the Quality control at spin master is not the greatest, so it's good to know its not made by them.
By the way, over there, is it a Recognizer, or a Recogniser?

Wow, that Recognizer looks SO much better than the one we've gotten so far. It must be mine! Also, the Light Tanks kick butt. I hope we get one for the Core figures too.

Check out the pull back light cycle and ramp on the back of the Recognizer box! Another Disney store exclusive possibly...?

That Recognizer is SWEET.
Local Disney store has a bunch of the SpinMaster carry cases ... looks too "off" for me to justify the purchase.
The inclusion of the tanks makes this a MUST buy.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

Well, I just got back from the Mall and my efforts at the Disney store were fruitless. Nothing even close to that wonderful Reco package of toys and when I asked a sales associate they gave me puzzled looks. When I said that someone purchased them in the UK, they then gave me the song and dance about it probably being a European exclusive so it is doubtful it will appear in US Disney stores where all the TL toys are by Spinmaster. So, I think this is going to be another case of "Those lucky Brits!!"...Not to sound selfish but I did score a 2 Hurley Tron items tonight. I got the long sleeve Grid suit style shirt and a short sleeve with the lightcycle.

I think SpinMaster is being way too hush, hush with this line. I would like to see it being previewed on the action figure sites. toynewsi, actionfigureinsider etc. Maybe by Toy Fair 2011 the lid will be lifted and we can see more things.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

It does seem odd that they haven't hyped the second series more, even if it wasn't supposed to hit shelves until now. But they may have wanted to concentrate on the first series stuff for the holiday season. I am hoping we'll see a lot of stuff at Toy Fair.
I contacted the Disney Store to see if we might get the set in e US. I'll let you all knw if they respond.

RustyMuffler Wrote:Honestly, man, I think we've pretty much seen all there is to see. I think we may get a few more core figures and maybe another wave of die cast (says on the back of the wave 2 packages to "Watch For Wave 3" or something to that effect). While I would love to see the line evolve and grow, if the core Light Jets I purchased last night (and returned this morning) are any indication of what is yet to come, they can keep it. I don't need toys that look like they've been walked on when I can just as easily save my money and grab the higher end stuff and know I'll be getting what I am paying for. |
It's Tron merch and i'm a sucker for action figures and vehicles. I hope more figures are released. Q/C is a problem at the big two Mattel/Hasbro and it's just something I have to deal with. Hot Toys are awesome no doubt about, but expensive as heck. Clu and Quorra would be sweet 1/6 detailed figures.abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion |

Greetings IsoLine,
To be honest mate, we here in the UK aren't all that lucky, like i said in an earlier post Deluxe Light Cycle CLU and 12" CLU are nowhere to be found and trying to even get some of the more standard items such as deluxe identity discs is near impossible over here. I'm hoping that the shops here will pick up some more of the stuff that seems to be commonplace in the US... Or i can only hope that it's just a case of the UK being behind the US in terms of release schedules.
Can anyone tell me if the Deluxe Cycle CLU was an exclusive to a particular shop in the US?
Anyway, i guess i should be saving some money for the Hot Toys stuff when it comes out I think i will derezz with joy if i see a Hot Toys Rinzler!!

With the sales seeming to be going very well I kind of think Series 3 could be coming up soon. Normally I'd think we'd see another series in the spring or around the DVD release, but since it's supposed to be focusing on Tron: Evolution you'd think that'd come out sooner rather than later while the video game is fairly fresh in consumer's minds. Then you could have a Series 4 that was focused on the movie again out in time for the DVD release. But who knows. I think Toy Fair is in mid-February.

Still can't find Quorra and Jarvis (the core figures are almost always gone at Targets I check!)
However, I did find this:
Surprised that I was able to get both discs! :O Kia: Cool. I'm a infamous mythological perfect User.

Found 1 Kevin disc, 2 Rinzler discs, and (of course) about 6 Sam discs at the Target in Newark, CA tonight. I bought the Kevin disc but the Rinzler's are still there if anyone wants them...
