So its simply a matter of confusing the old figures for the new ones? Does that mean they actually have the new ones available? They really should have named the figures something slightly different to avoid this kind of confusion.

I'm really not sure exactly who is at fault. Disney shopping is not communicating with someone that's for sure.

Uggggh, sounds like I'm better off looking for Quorra and Jarvis in stores if it's going to be this bad with DIsney Shopping.

That sucks. There are Quorra's & Jarvis' at every Target in town here. They're seeming to be becoming pegwarmers, honestly. Was just at the one down the street on my lunch break picking up some Rinzler & Kevin discs and there were 3 Quorra's & 2 Jarvis'.
Also, I'm about to give up on trying to find a decent One Man Light Jet. I've now begun calling the "Light Jet Lottery Tickets" as I feel like my chances of finding a good one are about the same as winning the Powerball. Honestly it's past the point of being pathetic as I'm not even being that picky now. But these have all been just horrible. I'm now up to having tried 8 light jets from 4 different Target's. I originally wanted to get 2 of these things. One to leave as-is & one to have a Rinzler in. Fat chance of that happening now.

Rusty, you are right. I've seen numerous amounts of them however all are tore up/shitty as if little kids were throwing them around with the box intact. Now I'm not speaking in regards to the jet in general though the packaging seems like when it shipped to Target they either 1) didn't care about the condition & displayed them or 2) kids shuffling things around playing with them screwed them all up.

If you guys are in Whittier, I found one Rinzler Disc at the Target on Whittier Boulevard.
It should still be there. I also found a mess of 12 in. figures.

I just e-mailed this seller to see if he has the "Rinzler Redeemed" in hand and can verify that it lights up blue instead of orange. I'll let you guys know what his response is.

Major issues in my area finding anything Series 2. My Targets=epic fail. And I have THREE in my area!
Need to pick up another Rinzler and Flynn (white) deluxe disc, and another diecast Grid Limo. Ridiculous.
DPCI numbers seem to be useless with these things, btw. All the deluxe discs use the same DPCI number. Same with the diecasts (at least series 1...haven't checked series 2).
So it's really either driving for a couple hours to check the shelves...or ask a minimum wage uninterested employee to check the shelves for me for the things I need. It's either gas+time...or timex100. LOL. The sale Target is running doesn't help. I think it's running till 2/19 @_@. I hope we read that wrong...

I have been looking for Rinzler's Disc since I saw the movie on the 17th.
I FINALLY found it today at Target, behind Sam Flynn's disc. There were three there, there was probably one more left, when I left .
If you're in Southern California, there are many Targets to check. I guess what didn't help my chances is the fact that I've only been to two Targets.
Word of advise, call that target and talk to the Store Operator. He/she will aid you in finding what you are looking for and will tell you whether or not its in stock, and if it is in stock, ask them to hold it for you.
They can hold it until closing, and if its not in stock ask them when they'll be getting another shipment

Thanks for the encouragement, and awesome tip! I will keep at it. Although I'm not sure what to ask the Store Operator. Last time I talked to a store rep, they asked me, "what's a tron??". LOL.

I've talked to plenty of operators in my time, they don't always need the UPC or DSPI number, just tell them the item you're looking for.
I've told them this "I'm looking for a toy of the Tron: Legacy line, and I was wondering if it is in stock." They usually ask what toy I'm looking for and i tell them "It's an identity disc, from a character named Rinzler"
I usually spell Rinzler out to them at that point.
They can take like 5 minutes to get back to you, but it beats driving all over the place wasting gas.
As far as being on the east coast, I don't think so. Every target gets the same shipment, just ask when the next shipping is due. On that day, call to make sure they have it, ask them to hold it, and tell them your name, so they can write down who it is being held for.
That way you just go in, tell them they are holding something for you and pay it. Then you're on your merry way, fighting crime or what have you

I haven't gone to Toys R Us yet, but I was planning on checking out an Identity disc just for giggles. My friend told me the action figures are pretty creepy. :?

well im in the southeast..
