Impossible to say as most toy companies don't release their sales figures.

I emailed spin master last night and inquired about a 3rd series being released anytime soon and how sales were doing.......this is their reply .......That is a good question my friend. At this time we do not know what to expect from the TRON series toy line. We do have the second series on the shelves right now at your local Walmart, Target and Toys R Us. So my fingers are crossed and hopefully this isnt the "end of the line" for us collectors.

if anything they're doing better than expected since every other movie lineup not sold by hasbro pretty much got the axe in some way. most of those recent previous lines can be put into 2 categories: the movie did well and the toys didn't move, movie tanked and the toy line didn't sell. you could also say that the movie was cool but the toys sucked but it always boils down to movie lines just don't seem to move. most of the recent cases i'd say would be avatar, star trek, terminator salvation, last airbender, prince of persia, and the a-team.

tron on the other hand is a strange case. mainly because if i look at them objectively, i'd say they're overpriced, have ok sculpts, the paint jobs are hit or miss, and they're fairly gimmicky. the line just looks like it doesn't have the legs. but man, everytime i hit toys r us, target, or walmart, the core line seems like it sold pretty well. all i see left are black guards from series 1 and 2, flynn's cycle which is understandable since we didn't see it in action all that much and flynn himself is sorta a rare bird, and the sam cycle since most places only got that and the light runner which itself i don't see as often. also i'd imagine target would reduce the prices of their tron merch across the board but instead the core line are the only ones left at the full 9.99 price because they know they're selling.

but since i have no idea how well they're really doing i can only hope they do well enough to warrant that 3rd series which hopefully includes that redeemed tron figure even if there's no new likeness sculpts added to him or quorra and castor is also a definite buy.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pillabortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

Hey, thanks for the heads up on the Disney Store sale. I just saved some money on 3 diecast vehicles I ordered a few days ago. I just called them, and the difference was like $4.50, but they're sending me a $10 giftcard instead. Not bad! where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

Glad to help on the Disney Store heads-up. I'm probably going to hit the local ones again in the morning to see if I can find more hoodies and 4" figures. Just anecdotal evidence but the 4" guys are becoming really hard to find in my area too. They are selling, especially when put on sale. I really wish we could get the series 3 guys, it will really flesh out the line. But, I have to admit I'm pretty happy with what we've gotten. As someone who grew up with the 4 figures and one of the light cycles, it's way more than I had as a kid. I'm ensconced in Tron stuff (never more true than since I got the hoodie lol) and am loving it.

Another movie means more merch then so hopefully they will see the value in extending this line through the dvd/blu release.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill

Well, I got lucky today. I went to a different Target a bit further way, and found a Kevin Flynn deluxe disc. Yay! It was the ONLY one there, and the rest were all series 1 Sam's disc. I also found the deluxe light jet, so I got that. There was a small sale going on, so I saved some money too. They didn't have any of the new series 2 figures or die cast vehicles though. Strange.

Also, even though the Disney Store said that UPS would come by to pick up my package in 3 to 5 days, its been well over that and still nothing. I've contacted them again, but if I get no response, I guess I'll file a complaint through Amazon.

Has anyone seen the miniature arcade set at Target? Or either of the two diecast jets or the grid limo?

I'm counting on Target to refresh their inventory with some S2 stuff, it's been very slim pickings since the movie came out. I feel really lucky to have been able to grab a Jarvis and Quorra when I saw the chance. Certainly haven't seen them since.

The only thing I've seen a somewhat steady supply of are the S2 deluxe discs, which don't last long. But I've at least seen them. I don't see any of the above S2 stuff, hope it doesn't become too rare, I'd hate to have to drop a lot of cash into finishing the line just cause it never got a proper release. order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

MWC Wrote:Has anyone in the Nashville, TN area found the Sam + Arcade Game toy figure? I think I've combed just about every WalMart, Target, KMart, and TRU in the area consistently over the past 2 weeks and still no luck!

I know it was a Target Exclusive, so if you ever find it... It would only be at a Target.
No luck here in Idaho as well...
This is the only thing on my list I haven't found yet either.. I actually saw it when I started looking at the toys, but I didn't realize how RARE it was... So I didn't even think I wanted it!
Keeping my fingers crossed for another shipment of series 2 stuff...

We found one grid limo and 2 of each diecast jet at a Target near us. The other 2 Targets had: diddly. I found a Jarvis at a distant Target...but was so PO'ed when I got there (see my previous post a few pages back lol), that I forgot to pick him up. We still haven't made another 'Target sweep' of our local stores in weeks, so hopefully we'll be doing that again soon...and finding more/better stock of items we need when we get there. -crosses fingers-

I too grew up with Tron. Unfortunately, I never had the toys. I'm WAY more than making up for it now...at least until my wifes patience runs out. where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

Ok. I'm seriously confused. What is up with the sound on the Deluxe Identity Discs??? Seriously, we have some where the sound and light seem to be going half as fast as others! Either that or some are going twice as fast as others. ALL the ones we tried at Target tonight (and there were aLOT without pulltabs) sounded like the 'slow' version. The ones at TRU all sounded 'fast'. Are there variants with the DIDs that I don't know about? O.o

We FINALLY made another Target/Walmart sweep tonight. Yeah...it was colder than cold. Ended up landing a Kevin Flynn disc at each of the 2 Targets we went to (no more left after that). One had the pulltab...one didn't. So we gave that one to the kids to play with. Picked up another 2 Rinzler discs at one Target...leaving one behind (my wife's head would explode if I picked up any more Rinzlers -.- ). The other Target had 2 more Rinzlers that we also left behind. Be aware that...at least at my Targets...they've added Tron toys to endcaps now, too. So they aren't only in the aisles anymore. Check the endcaps, too. That's where we got lucky tonight.

Each Target still had some diecast toys. Neither had much else as far as Series 2 goes. Pathetic.

Toys-R-Us: bought about 5 of the flying identity discs...since they were 25% off. They also had one 'Villians' diecast set that had the Recognizer variant paintjob which I love. Made me a happy camper. They had NOTHING Series 2. Pretty lame selection, actually. Then again, my TRU is pretty lame as a whole. (rolls eyes)

Not sure why the Targets around me aren't getting more of the 'action pack figure sets' in. I saw the same old same at both Targets

That's all the news that's fit to print tonight. Anyone know what's up with the sound on those Deluxe IDs?

What is the Recognizer variant paint job? Does that come with every Villian Pack?

I put in a large order at ToysRUs.com tonight. They give free shipping for orders over $100 and also are running a deal (very limited, may not even last until tomorrow judging by the fine print) that they will knock off $25 of your order over $100 if you pay with PayPal. Valid 11/21-11/22 or whenever retailer pulls order, is what it states.

Considering most of the S1 figures are $6.74 (all except for Kevin Flynn,) most of the 8" line is I think $12 (no more Sam Flynn,) and they have 12" Clus for $30, it's a good time to load up. Clearance won't get a lot cheaper than that and I don't think the 12" Clus are going to hit clearance.

Unfortunately the Walmarts around here seem to have sold most of their inventory. I found one with a clearance 4" for $7. Others that still have TRON merch it still rings up full price, but they usually do not have any 4" figures either. Weird, I'm not sure what happened. There are still 8" and Kevin Flynn vehicles for full price, but the Clu cycles were definitely clearanced at $13. 12" Sams are still $40 at stores near me but $19 ship to store online. Hopefully I'll be able to get some 8" at a good price when they clearance out here.abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

From what I was reading and I noticed the same thing on mine the Kevin Flynn and Rinzler discs are slower souding.

DevRevenge: the variant Recognizer paint job adds some more paint stripes on the ship to make it look more detailed. These are 'hit-or-miss'. I have one 'Villians' pack with the regular paint job, and 2 with the variant paint job on the Recognizer. The pack with the 'regular' Recognizer also has the 'orange' Clu lightcycle. The 'variant' packs have the 'yellow' Clu lightcycle. Yeah. It's crazy. lol. nice work loading up on that stuff, btw.

SL-1599: Yes, those 2 are slower sounding. However ALL the Sam discs also sound that way now...at least the Target ones we tried tonight. And we sampled a good 20 of them, too! The TRU ones definitely sounded much faster (and cooler, IMHO).

I also want to add that Walmart.com is selling the white Kevin Flynn lightcycles for $9 with free site-to-store. I checked the price in a local store tonight: $14

@_@

Needless to say, I loaded up with the ones from Walmart.com.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll keep my eyes open!

I got a walmart.com order a couple of days ago. In addition to the $9 Kevin Flynn cycles they also have $19 deluxe Sam Flynns. I was really impressed with that toy, the disc snaps on the back and the weapons are all diecast and have a nice heft. Can't wait to get my Clu now.
