Thanks, BlueTronWarrior.
I went to TRU at lunch and they had two of the 3 man light jet. I was there last night and they didn't have anything and wasn't planning to check for over a week. (As a bonus to me, they also had the Star Wars Endor Pilot sets for the first time.)
As for that Disney UK Recognizer set, I have to get at least one. I'm more freaked out by that then I was with Clu's Deluxe Lightcycle. Why would Disney not want to make more money? That thing is so rare still, that it hasn't even hit eBay yet it's probably in the top 5 coolest Tron toys.

Yeah, the price point is about right for the box size and the toy size. The price of plastic has gone up so much (it's keyed to the price of oil ya know), and toys are just getting more and more expensive as less of them are being sold - the Video Game industry has really done a number on the toy biz.
If you look at comparable size items in say Star Wars or GI Joe it's about the same.

If anybody wants to know the wings do not fold up. And it has a ginormous wingspan.

couldn't get the pic post to work so I put the links.
The Targets I've been going to have gone stagnate so today I decided to go to TRU which in my area had already moved them back to the row of shame. Low and behold, there were two 3 man light jets. As far as quality, it looks great. The pic on the back of the box doesn't do it justice. Not wanting to assemble so I may find a better price than 30 bucks. Gives you a good idea of how big this thing really is.

I thought I'd offer some advice to those who are having problems with breakage, or just anyone who will be buying future figures in general. From what I gather people seem to be having the biggest problems with the heads breaking off. Several of my figures had heads that appeared to be stuck. Rather than force them and risk breaking the joint, I simply heated the heads with a hair dryer for 15 seconds or so, and was able to get them all moving with no problem.

thanks for the pics kluzer! i'm gonna wait till they hit 25 or so since that's the price cutoff for vehicles for me.
and yeah i'm glad mine havent suffered any breakages. if a joint was stuck, i usually just held that part under hot water for a bit and instead of turning it then gently pulled at the joint as if i were trying to pop it off in order to loosen the piece. joints in question for me were bicep joints and wrists.

This board is international, technically... but anyways.
For those of you that have had head breakages, can you explain more? Did the neck peg actually break? Because they have ball-joint heads and can be swapped very easily. My kids do it all the time.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

You know, speaking of resin, I just ran across Shapeways.com, which is a rapid proto-typing service - you upload your 3D info and they make your item for you and ship it. Or you can buy other people's pre-designed models.
THere's LOTs of body parts/figures.
I have no talent in this area, but....I'm sure someone else does!

I don't wanna grow up....I'm a TRU kid!
Besides I don't get uneasy when he is on-screen. I just think his character is lame and fit the whole "crime boss who double crosses the good guys" motif that is in every movie like this. Besides, the guy who played him sucks as an actor. I remember him from the Underworld movie as the werewolf leader and he was lame in that too. Don't a guy have a right to his opinion? Is this not America? I thought this was America?
The blue tron guy asked us to stop and I have. Now get off it before I shove my Identity Disc in your crack and spin it!

He told you to stop it, and you've made your opinion known several times. After taking a personal shot at me I am going to respond. Now drop it and leave it alone.
edit: The irony in a guy that collects toys telling another to 'grow up' was intentional. Either you're just a child or you're really not that intelligent. Either way I won't be responding to you again. And please don't bother spouting your slurs against Castor or myself, it's not welcome here.on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill online

Thanks for posting links to pictures. Looks like detail on this jet is done well. The highlight around cockpit canopy and tail section is great. Hows the interior look? Too bad they didnt use same highlight trim around cockpit of the light runner. Umm....There is a program called DAVID which combined with a camera and cheap laser apparatus can give you 3D Scanning ability.
I've never used it though, so I wouldn't be a good judge as to the efficacy of the software.

Pretty sure the tanks were in the movie, but very briefly. They made it into the UK Recogniser set so I'm assuming I wasn't just imagining things when I saw it.

The tanks were in the movie. Sam saw them in air from the Recognizer when he's first introduced to the grid.
