I checked my number on the bottom of my ice blue Tron controller. and it says 145/336.
I thought they released 350?

Yes.
I thought there's some "rule" somewhere's when numbering limited editions, they're for sold copies or are special (like "signed"). Comps are not counted for the limited edition numbering (they can say how many total were made).
I think there was some scam with some other collectible thing (I want to say lithograph). The number of "limited copies" signed and numbered and sold were 500, but they made 1,000 and gave away (or sold for cheaper) the rest (not signed, of course).

Got mine today - it seems white than "Ice Blue"....
There's no papers other than the instuctions (written for the Blue one).
The only thing is the box has the white one on it.
Did anyone else get papers (like a certificate and number)?

The certificate/number is printed on a sticker on the bottom/back of the controller.

I opened one of my Ice Blue and one of my Yellow Clu controllers. Both are interestingly enough out of 336, so they held back a few yellow clu controllers too.
Here's a pic of the happy family.
From bottom left going clockwise it's the Yellow Clu, the Regular Blue X360 controller (looks bluer in person, the Razer mouse, and finally the Ice Blue.
As was said earlier the Ice Blue is nearly white, I really like it. It's the closest to Sam and Quorra's suit in the movie. You can see in comparison to the Razer mouse how white it really is.

I plugged mine in to make sure it worked - is it just me or is it ENTIRELY WHITE - I don't see any "BLUE"..

I found one of these out and about at Gamestop yesterday for $49. I'm pretty impressed with it. The cord is long enough that I can easily set it on my TRON shelf. Whenever I turn my PC on it sits up there and glows happily.
