The sheer fact there is a movie about it disproves its existence, unless of course you suffer from the "matrix syndrome", the basic idea is that they made the movie "the matrix" to makes us think that it wasn't actually happening, same could be applied here, Tron world does not exist, it might one day, but sure as hell not now.
