The city is so big but what is there? Ok, we see the popular End of Line club. But do programs go shopping, eat out, watch movies? When Sam exits "Flynn's", there are streets and buildings but what is in the buildings? City seemed awfully big and all we see is one night club, which since its always night on the grid, must get mean business.
Forget it, Mr High and Mighty Master Control. You aren't making me talk.

As far as I can tell, they watch the games, drink, and talk in the streets. shopping seems a tad far-fetched, and eating would be lost on programs. I think the food we see was Flynn's private indulgence.
They also probably have tasks within the computer to handle. Data retrieval, functions, calculations, I dunno. order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill

Probably, but the computer was inactive, so running tasks would be useless. I can imagine the run-manager program being relieved when Sam typed 'whoami' in his dad's computer "Reveal your creation date or I will disassemble your code one operation at a time!" |

I guess I could see programs in the buildings performing tasks for Users and mainframes, just like people in their offices. Since there wasn't time for extraneous stuff, no exposition on city life per se. :-(abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

This was a common complaint from professional reviewers. That the movie didn't delve enough into the "day to day" goings on of programs lives.

I agree. Tron made you feel like it was a viable computer mainframe. Ton Legacy skipped on the stuff that made it feel like a computer. However, Betrayal really fixes that by delving more into functions and such.on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill online

Seems like Kevin was more or less just making a Sim City (or Thirteenth Floor) with The Grid anyhow. Its sole purpose was experimentation on the concept of digital life.

I guess. All the same, they could have treated it a little more computery. All it would take would be something like...
Sam: Hey! You there- Do you know where I can find Kevin Flynn!? Is he here?
Program (with glazed over expression and some sort of janitorial appearance): my function is disk fragmentation. I am unable to assist you with the information you seek.
Sam: Fine, then who can help me!?
Program: That is not my function... but the patrols will be out soon. They can take you to the system administrator.
Sam: The patrols...
Program: Do not let them see you without your disc. Excuse me, I have data fragments to restore.
Obviously, that's a bad place to insert a scene like I'm talking about, but just a program or two acknowledging that they're actual programs with tasks and maybe throwing in a few computer terms would have been nice.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill
