Seem to match the color from the Neon FLYNN'S sign.




Or am I seeing things?...lol.

There is some darkness in the movie FLYNN sign, but if you look at the neon itself, it appears to be a match or virtually so. The actual Neon from the "real" arcade is identical as far as I can tell.

I noted a lot of subtle color differences in the lights on the suits. Some like Sam's where pure white. Others were orange (Clu's men and his supporters), Clue was orange-yellow. But others yet had a discernibly more blue color and I swear I saw a flash of green or two in the audience at the lightcycle arena. What gives? There has to be a reason for this./

it's a strange coincidence.

if there's one thing i learned from the tron universe
it's not a coincidence - there's is some explanation for it
that fits with the tron mythology.

Remember after Clu1 was interrogated and subsequently derezzed by the MCP, it did tell Dillinger that it felt like Flynn. Maybe the MCP associated Clu's color to Flynn, hence the color of the bike. Also, Flynn did mention that, "[Clu] is me", so Clu most likely have the same sensibilities Kevin has, apart from his continued pursuit of a "perfect system".

you're right! that does fit the mythology.

i wonder if it's a concious deliberate act (color assignment)
on the part of the MCP or game grid.

or some autonomous process inside the MCP or game grid.
by autonomous i mean like our human heart it beats whether we like it to beat or not.

I think Clu's color is symbolic of the beautiful sun that Sam talks about. And in a way, Clu is Flynn's "sun," or should I say digital "son"?
