I used a program on the original image to reconstruct the message (I work with it rotated horizontally though). Looking at what you've noticed already in vertically redundant information I simply copied the vertical lines on the top down into the bottom. I don't think there's any other information to be gained, aside from possibly the side-bars.

You may want to block that up. I didn't eliminate the repeated data on the ends yet.

Key? Note LCD monitors are terrible for showing color, there's three colors in the sidebar.

Sorry...I caught my mistake a little awhile ago and have since restructured the bars...here is the new bars (un shifted)...I think they match up with what you found.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the above strip was to print it out, trim on the border, tape it into a loop (that's why there's redundancy, to let you know how much to overlap it) and set it on a turntable at 45RPM. See if a picture or word emerges. If not, then its just fun.

I did something similar in either art or science class in 3rd grade (when we still played records for music!). Unfortunately, my color ink cart in the printer's out of ink and, alas, my turntable is long past gone.

Anyhoo... in other thoughts:
There's a tron symbol in the lower right corner of the page on the FLYNN LIVES site where you flip the movie pics around to make the large LEGACY poster. It's a static pic until ALL the pics are flipped, then it animates, blinking the 4 dots in a repeating sequence. I copied it down, but am not exactly sure how to list it here.

Essentially, the dots start with all 4 dots lit. Then it goes in this sequence:
4(start),2,1,4,1,2,4,2,1,4,2,0,4,2,1,4,0,3,4
Then it flashes the 4 twice and repeats the sequence.
At first glance, I noticed that every 3rd pattern was the full 4 dots. At second glance, I noticed the bottom dot was never used except when all dots were lit. Otherwise, the dots were not set in a pattern, which is to say, when 2 dots were lit, it was not necessarily the same 2 dots every time. So I thought: BINARY! So let me show the pattern using X's and O's where O's are lit and x's are unlit and excluding the lower 4th dot entirely.

4 / xoo / oxx / 4 / xxo / oox / 4 / oxo / xxo / 4 / oxo / xxx / 4 / oxo / xox / 4 / xxx / ooo / 4

So if it's binary (with the far right bit being 1), then the values are:

I BELIEVE THIS IS ABSOLUTE CONFIRMATION THAT SOMEHOW THERE MAY BE A RELATION WITH MOUNTAIN SUMMITS.
