Yeah, same here. Well, more ice than snow, but still. I decided it would be best to stay off the roads since there was more sleet than snow, and I know how people are when it rains or snows while driving. But as soon as I can, I want to go and check out Target and ask someone to check the back.

I like the idea of the 3 man light jet coming with at least one figure. It makes sense. When they released the HUGE Millenium Falcon toy a long time ago, it came with Han. Not a slug Han either, but an actual Han figure with posability and a gun. So I think it would be interesting if some sort of exclusive figure was available that way.

So today I went and found a whole isle dedicated to TRON toys. Not much Rinzler, I couldn't find his ID disc, but I found a whole lotta Sam Flynn, I even found the comics and the magazine.

Well, I got my supposed blue Rinzler and partially derezzed black guard in the mail today...only to find that they look exactly the same as the 1st wave. *sigh* False advertisement. For those that are wondering, its just the plain series 2 assortment you see on the back of Quorra's card. I don't even see any changes in the detail on these, except for Clu which had orange paint over the yellow paint apps. Looked a little sloppy. Save your money and time on these.

I just wonder what was up with those pics. Are those figures planned or scrapped ideas? It would have been MUCH better to have those in the series 2 assortment than to only have two new figures and repackaged others. Blah. Where's Wheat King?!

Today at the Target store in Lower Pottsgrove, PA? We got a shipment of the Tron 3/4 figures. The basics were all there (CLU, Sam, Black Guard, Rinzler) along with Quorra and Jarvis!

Quorra was seeded 2 per case and Jarvis with 1 to a case.

ROFL Sorry to laugh, but I can seriously seeing that happening. Pathetic that these employees have no desire to satisfy the customer...and make some sales for their store. I hope...if this snow ever goes away...that I don't run into this situation. I'm seriously a 'going to get the manager' customer. LOL. Best of luck to you in finding what you're looking for. Maybe you'll get lucky and get different people next time. You might want to ask those 'problem employees' what days they have off ROFL Sometimes you just gotta play their game...when they're not around to play.

Does anyone know what happened with the "Rinzler Redeemed" eBay auction? I e-mailed the guy to ask what he had in-hand and he never responded. I thought that was odd, since the guy's got an immaculate feedback rating.

You my friend are correct. it's a bit odd that people can't seem to find the answers to common questions if they don't read. now as for the tron merchandise issues at target, why is it so hard for you guys to ask these clowns? All you need to do is the the following:

if you find the item in stock or even the upc for the item, ask the csr if they have that particular item available. They will scan the item with the mini upc label machine for stock & determine whether or not they have it in or not. Now if they reply they do in fact have it available but give you nonsense that they are unable to pull the item or rather bring the item up for you in the box along with any other similar item, then they are 1)bullshitting you 2) Lazy, 3) see 1 & 2 4) assholes or 5) all of the above.

take my situation, i went in on january 2nd, while it was raining to another location nearby my sis's house. went in, scoped out what they had available, nothing i don't already own however, several one man light jets all tore up, ridiculous conditions as if they were tossed around & simply put up for quick sale or possibly mildly damaged during transit to the store. Anyhow, as I was about to depart, i checked the top shelf & realized, Shiza! a rinzler disc though in Ok condition (not That bad) so all I did was asked the clerk, excuse me, do you by any chance have more of these items in stock? he scanned it said yes we do, 4 boxes. got on his walkie, gave other team member the upc code, waited patiently a few minutes. brought a new case opened in front of me and said well we have the 2 you are looking for and a white one while the last was a sam deluxe ID, said ok I'll take the three & place the og rinzler id disc back on the top shelf, rung me up for all items (while they were on sale) & went my way to freeload of my sis :O) now how simple is that?

Well, the one helpful Target employee that I've had help me (she even suggested "let me go look in the back" before I asked) had no luck looking up the UPC in either her handheld device or the computer. She did find things using the DPCI but that isn't accurate enough with the 3 discs sharing the same code.

I assure you that the problem isn't on my side. I'm quite capable of asking simple questions... occasionally even a complex one!
