sam was taken to armor bay 3
zoomed and inverted (ARMOR BAY 3 221GDRX 232.99432)
the recognizer that took sam to armor bay 3 also had the 3 decal
sams elevator platform also had the 3 decal
the only words i could read on the other side was "...DURING PLAYER ARMORING"

this appears to be a recurring symbol
i think its a stylized way of spelling for CLU

i can't tell if those were clu's personal batons
the first screencap was on the armory elevator and the square hole was
where sam's discarded clothes went.
maybe the symbol appears in other places like a common trademark.

it could be an inherited mental characteristic from flynn
after all - flynn initially wanted to make his mark in the real-world by
making the perfect operating system.

it's possible they could pass on their fears and insecurities.
we should also note the allan initially referred to Encom OS12
as Flynn OS. it's possible clu inherited this trait of putting his
mark on his work.
